Dr. Ogden Constantin Page (real name Ognian Konstantinov Peytchev) defected from Bulgaria in 1984 during the darkest times of totalitarianism. Born in Ruse, Bulgaria, he was a well-known gymnast in his youth years.

Dr. Page founded the Bulgarian-American Chamber of Commerce in November of 1993 and helped publish the BACC Business Directory for a number of years. The BACC has assisted numerous businesses in a variety of ways. The BACC has also assisted the major Hollywood movie studios in obtaining copyright protection rights in the Republic of Bulgaria.
